Prepare Kerala porotta with speed and consistency; experience in high-volume kitchens preferred.
Prepare popular snacks and quick bites with attention to hygiene and portion control.
Prepare a la carte dishes, manage station prep and maintain plating standards during service.
Transport staff or supplies between outlets; valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Specialist in Kerala cuisine: prepare curries, biriyanis and traditional dishes with authentic flavors.
